Bolg was an orc and the antagonist of the Hobbit by J.R.R Tolkien. He was the leader of the Orcs during the Battle of the Five Armies. He was killed by Legolas, the Elf prince, when he was stabbed by a dagger and fell to his death.
Bolg became the ruler of the Orcs when his father, Azog the defiler was killed during the Battle of Moria. He was killed in the BOFA (Battle of the Five Armies) but it isn't mentioned how.
He was a co-leader along with his father Azog. He was sent to LakeTown to kill the dwarves but he was intercepted by Legolas who chased him away. Later, during the BOFA, he lead the second Orc army of the War Bats. He killed Kili the Dwarf prince and almost killed Tauriel the Elf but then was confronted by Legolas. He was killed during this fight.
